Using on production high-strength structural steel can take your low loader and lowbed to new heights with stronger and lighter semi trailers. On our low loader and lowbed trailers, regarding engineers designs and load capacity we are able to use from 600 to 1300 MPa.

There are some options about woods on surface of lowbed trailers like pine wood, beech wood, oak wood, apitong wood or Sapelle and Ireko wood which are hardest wood types. The important point is wood must be strong, hard and not to suck water inside. Hydraulic steering axles or force steering axles are particularly designed for application in conjunction with a forced steering system. With hydraulic cylinders mounted steering pivots the hydraulic steering axle allows a large steering angle for a good manoeuvrability. At the same time, hydraulic forces generated inside the steering housing are significantly reduced. With hydraulic suspensions options for long and heavy transportation it is very important.

With the latest computer and production technologies, we are able to produce low laoder trailers with pendular axle trailers which are stronger and lighter. By performing stress calculations, we can see exactly where to save weight without compromising on strength of the pendular axle. Our pendle axles which are on low loader trailers and semi low loaders are available for your needs. We are able to use 235 or 245 tyres on all semi low loaders regarding the projects. On pendular axles there are many advantages. Although pendular axle is lighter, its quality remains high. We supply from local brands and Gigant brand from Germany. Benefits are; lower weight, proven quality, wider excavator arm recess and more turning maneuverability with strong hydraulic suspension system.

Mostly we are using SANEL / Dasteri Brand LED lights on our lowbed and low laoder trailers. These rear lights including Stop, Tail, Dynamic Direction Indicator, Fog, Reversing, Reflex Reflector (rectangular) all together. They have water proof certifications and EMC Standards. Operating temperature is -40 °C to +65 °C .

Aspöck Brand LED lights are also in our options lists to use on our lowbed and low laoder trailers. These rear lights including Stop, Tail, Dynamic Direction Indicator, Fog, Reversing, Reflex Reflector (rectangular) all together. They have water proof certifications and EMC Standards.

We are using our night led lights on chasssis and on gooseneck of semi trailer. On stadard offers we are offering 2 units right side, 2 units left side, 2 units rear side and 2 units on gooseneck. So 360 degree of lowbed or low laoder will be lightened wth high lümen LED lights.
